Order Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $75 within the United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs (for international orders).
Where We Ship

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ZCurves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact us at Zedellyne_nassy@yahoo.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Changes & Cancellations
